@CommuterClub I've been trying to get a clear answer from you for over a month. We can't phone and my emails aren't being replied to. The system says i've cancelled my oyster card which i've not yet done. As such I can't upload a photo of the card. Beyond frustrated now.

@British_Airways I've just spoken to your customer service who have told me that they cannot do anything about my situation! I am beyond annoyed given that the website having an error was not my fault!! This is utterly unacceptable!

@British_Airways Hi! I'm trying to change the date of my flight. If the price goes up and it's not my fault as your website isn't working, can you guarantee that the price will remain £60 for the change? I want to change my flight from 4th Jan to 30th Dec?
