When do you do your best self-reflection?

I feel bad for educators who can’t find anything to laugh about daily. Yea, our job is tough, but man, when I reflect over my days, kids, and adults alike, do some of the weirdest, funniest stuff. 😂 If you can’t find anything throughout the day to make you smile, look harder.

Your beliefs don’t make you a better person, your behavior does. So stay focused. Stay strong. And be careful not to fall back into your old patterns. Toxic habits and behaviors always try to creep back in when you're doing better.
