@IndiGo6E just so you know its 12:58 and flight is not departed yet. Where are we with respect to compensation please? You are delayed by at-least 15 mins and that to not even the flight is on runway. This is utter disappointment when it comes to your service.

@IndiGo6E but when it comes to your passengers if they are coming even 50 mins before departure time, you won’t even allow them to check in. Such a hypocritical behaviour . Can someone at-least let us know what is happening? There is chaos at pune airport and still no boarding.

@IndiGo6E it is now just 15 mins from the departure of your flight 6E-361 from PUNE to BLR and still the boarding is not started. Will each of the passengers of this flight will get compensation or the rules that you set applies only one side. You guys can delay flight infinetly

Yet another day and another @IndiGo6E delayed flight. However they say that boarding gates closes 25 mins prior to departure but here we are just 20 mins left for departure and there is no sign of boarding even starting. Another chaos by Indigo. Classic Indigo at its best!!!

@IndiGo6E further more your staff is of no use to give any answers. They are just standing on the counters with their mouth shut. When we pay this much amount for flight booking, our opinion and voice should matter.

@IndiGo6E something is really wrong with the whole operational model. What are we doing about these delays. When customers are not able to reach 1.5 hours before the flight time, there are strict actions, same thing should apply to flights as well. We want refund for delays.

@IndiGo6E not sure what really is happening on Mumbai airport this morning. A lot of people are fighting for a Delhi flight delayed and then subsequently then cancelled. Same thing is happening with 6E 6543 which was scheduled for 7-50 and is now delayed till 8-25. 1/2
