South Africa has crossed the point of no return. The @MYANC has shifted from incompetence and theft to deliberate economic sabotage. From 1 Sept 2025, every business with more than 50 employees will be forced into submission under the new Employment Equity regime.

This is not policy. It is an economic death sentence. Non-compliance will no longer mean a slap on the wrist - it will mean financial extermination: fines of up to R2.7m or 10% of turnover - whichever is greater.

🔪 The Guillotine Law:

• Tear up your current Employment Equity Plan - replace it with one that mirrors the state's racial quotas.

• Obey this five-year contract: 1 Sept 2025 – 31 Aug 2030.

• Report annually to prove obedience.

• Get a compliance certificate or be locked out of tenders, contracts, and government work.

Refuse, and your business will be crushed.

📊 Quotas Designed to Purge:

By 2030, the state demands...

• 95.9% of skilled technical roles filled by "designated groups."

• 84.7% of professional/middle management.

• 78.3% of senior management.

• 56.7% of top management, 38.1% women.

Here's the kicker: white males without disabilities and foreign nationals don't count. They are erased from the workforce equation. Skill, experience, and merit no longer matter. Demographics rule.

This isn't transformation - it's a Marxist power-grab...

1. Make businesses dependent on state permission.

2. Dictate who may hold leadership.

After 31 Aug 2025, the state has the legal power to...

• Fine you into insolvency.

• Cancel your contracts.

• Blacklist you from entire industries.

• Use "non-compliance" as a weapon to kill your business.

Don't fool yourself into thinking compliance will save you. Once you bow, you will bow again and again - until your business serves the ANC, not South Africa.
