@Stephen_Andrew Perhaps citizens would be willing to entertain the aforementioned increases after they start getting what they pay for to begin with. @vicpdcanada @VicPD_Union should investigate the chronic mismanagement of existing resources first. Pay more to get less is the ongoing strategy.
