Anyone else noticed the reduced speed limit to 40 km/h on Burnside in @CityOfVictoria @saanich is now causing drivers to go faster than before and behave even more aggressively? @vicpdcanada @SaanichPolice never enforced the old speed limit. What's the point? #yyjtraffic #fail
