Totally fraudulent, I get a written email that the claim was filed for both orders and now I get an executive telling me that the claim was never raised?

Can I not speak to a human and justify the case?
I sent enough proof that the seller is a fraud and every time I contact you, you just want to buy more time?

AtoZ claim of both orders were clubbed into 1 making 2nd pending on my end, got mail confirmation
I have been able to provide additional proof that the vendor is a fraud
All it took was 1 sincere person&done waiting 4 refund
