@ThePOTSPostman I used to, once a day in the mornings. By 8pm I'd feel like I had no meds on board. My cardiologist hoped I could take it twice a day but I had too many side effects.
Switched to Atenolol twice a day and I'm generally well controlled for 10 of the 12 hours between doses.
