@ScotRail hi, im a little confused when looking at the information about the rail replacement service between newcraighall and tweedbank. i am travelling from edinburgh to galashiels and back today. do i get a train to newcraighall, get off and then get a bus the rest of the way?

@edinhelp hi - it’s loganlea place. we were due another collection (recycling) yesterday which has also been missed. reported under 101002449097 this morning but so far no collection. why is this happening every week?

@edinhelp hi, for the last couple months now the bins at EH7 6PB are never collected on time, and sometimes never collected at all. bins are constantly being left on the path for days on end and rubbish is piling up. we all report it through your website but nothing happens (1/2)

@edinhelp some of us think it is because all cars have to park on the narrow road instead of the pavement due to the new law, so the bin lorry can’t fit. but if this is the case there must be a solution. can you look into why this is happening?

@edinhelp the recycling collection on loganlea place that was meant to happen on 17/04 still hasn’t happened, all the bins are still on the street unemptied. this is a repeat issue on this street and some weeks there is no collection at all.

@edinhelp EH7 6PB - our bin collection is supposed to alternate between general waste and recycling on wednesdays. everyone here put out our general waste bins for collection last week, it has now been over a week and they have not been collected? what is going on?

this is happening, currently. at this moment Israel is bombing the very small area of Gaza they ordered everyone to evacuate to.
