My humble datapoint contribution to ride slow get fast frenzy. The difference between the red and the grey line is 130 hours spent since the beginning of the year at ~150 Watts self assessed as a safe < LT1 range. Testing details and the broader context in the 🧵
December was traditionally a mess with almost no riding, but starting from January I’m into it again and very pleased with the results achieved. Time to start throwing some intensity into the game.
At first in May I was barely able to push 100Watts for more then 2 hours. After about 200 hours of predominantly low intensity trainings in Nov I was comfy with 150Watts for 3+ hours
@QuantumDom Can smbd explain me as If was 5:
1. How is it a hedge if you end up beyond your paying means?
2. Why should public sector care about a bust of some energy traders in the market with leading supplier gone?
3. Why price cap on gas is not a solution to narrow liquidity demands?
