@onepeloton after our THIRD call, a rep finally offered to waive our first month membership (which, DUH, considering our bike doesn't work). But who is going to compensate us for all our lost time & effort after your mistakes?
@onepeloton Our *new* bike arrived 4/7 & it hasn't ever worked properly. 2 service appts later, we were told we need a new bike which will take 3 more weeks. Anyone considering buying a Peloton, BEWARE. Seems like quality control is gone & customer service isn't helpful either.
