Donald trump is a desperate LIAR.
How desperate?

So desperate that he's planned a phony photo op with striking auto workers in Detroit instead of attending the 2nd presidential debate, in which he would have been soundly thrashed.

He's trying to pretend like he's a man of the little working folks, saying that he's “always had their back.”

That statement has been untrue for decades, almost as long as people have known who trump is. Going back decades, trump has a notorious history of stiffing hundreds of working folks -- carpenters, dishwashers, painters, and even lawyers.

In fact, he's been involved in over 3,500 lawsuits because he'd rather go to court than pay these regular working folks for work and services they've already performed in good faith.

His companies were guilty of 24 violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act because he failed to pay overtime and minimum wage fees.

But it's even easier to find recent examples of his anti-union worker stance, specifically when he was in the White House. He appointed people to the National Labor Relations Board, which reversed Obama policies that made it easy for small unions to organize.

The board also eliminated a policy that held employers responsible for labor violations by subcontractors, and trump's appointees to the Supreme Court helped rule against unionized drivers who walked off the job.

Whether it was recent or a long time ago, trump has made it clear that he is NOT on the side of unionized workers.
