@TideBusiness You have replied and still offered no help. @TideBusiness has by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I complained about it, it was upheld and you paid me compensation. It literally went into my account and then you freeze the account and close it. Weird no?

@TideBusiness Our account was recently reviewed and was fine. It’s used everyday. This decision was made just days after you were made to pay compensation. You are going to ruin our company because you won’t transfer our balance so we can pay staff/bills. It’s just a joke how bad you are
