I stop by the cafeteria in the hospital for breakfast because we are out of food at my house (only reason I eat there)... buy what I’d call a kolache from the look of it... literally a HOT DOG inside. What a disgrace to all things Texas. 🤢

@CCasole332 @FedExHelp Unfortunately, the only recommendation #fedex provided was to contact the seller. Which we have had to do already once. I’ll make sure the company sends it through UPS this time instead of @FedEx

A second #fedex order marked as delivered but still not on our porch 24 hours later (replacing original one not delivered). Still no signs of FedEx trucks on our street all day via cameras.
@FedEx please refund me the $100 we have spent on two of the same undelivered purchases?

Hey @FedEx I’m super disappointed that not only my husband and I but also 4+ other people in my neighborhood are not getting the packages that you are saying have been delivered. Even when we open “investigations,” still no success or feedback from you. How can we fix this?

@FedEx and our security cameras show the package was never delivered in the first place, so we know these weren’t the acts of porch thieves
