@robynsmithxo @TUIUK Hiya, our flight was cancelled and we were able to rebook another destination following an email from TUI. This was the “Covid” year though so not sure whether they have changed things.

@EmmaBar62669440 I seen a few people say it take 21-23 days from documents received normally. I’m the 23rd Sept (Doc’s received /child renewal) so hoping approval should be by the end of the week. I’ve seen a few people say they’ve had approval today and their documents were 21st. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
