@JonathanArowolo After talking to their in charge, they change for a while the relapse and you expect me to keep complaining all the time, because na me sabi talk. I don't have that energy to fight with Gen Z nurses.

In Nigeria, the nurses won't come for rounds despite knowing that you're going for rounds, very common in the younger nurses They were even reported to the in charge nurses/compound nurses.

I feel grossly misunderstood but I am grateful that someone at least got what I was saying.

I saw a challenge and I called it out. Nurses should join doctors during rounds, or for any procedure for the sake of the patient and our joint improvement.

It is a collaborative career/profession.

You probably know that I am right. Perhaps that's why you feel so triggered.
