This is making a customer helpless. So, I want to share my bitter experience with others to make them aware about @PrepaidFraud . If you want to order then do cash on delivery. Never pay in advance as the items are not received by you and @zomato will not help. Ticket#35466100

@zomatocare The resolution provided is not done through proper investigation. As already mentioned that the delivery was not made as no spot of delivery boy can be located in society (no entry was made). The society is gated with security. Your replies that the delivered at PIN. So recheck.

..the food neither security has issued any passes to him nor did he come to us. So, I have reported this issue by mail to Zomato as no customer care on call service is available. Zomato is not ready to refund my money nor will it take any action on the delivery boy...
