@AlaskaAir Been a week since I DM’d you my confirmation number at your request @AlaskaAir and crickets. Faking interest to look like you care is even worse than how rude the luggage counter folks were in San Diego airport. Sad.
@AlaskaAir there were minor cracks around the wheels, which I had reinforced w/ duct tape (so not saying it had much life left in it) but to rip the wheels off & cause big damage? Your team in San Diego didn’t even say sorry. Just “we don’t cover normal wear and tear.” You suck.
Service counter acted so annoyed that I even asked about it. “I can take a picture of it for you but they’re never going to do anything about it.” I did not expect much when asking, but certainly did not expect rudeness. Empathy is free and never a bad practice @AlaskaAir.
Gee @portlandgear … thanks for shipping your stuff in a package with your company name emblazoned across it in big letters… at Christmas time… you know, like the time when people are buying presents for people? C’mon man…
