New NICE guidance on contrast-induced nephropathy released.
✅ Well enough to be outpatient = well enough for oral hydration
✅ iv fluid for high risk inpatients (eg eGFR <30)
✅ There’s no renal reason to delay emergency imaging (though discuss if you must)
