Whenever I watch this video clip I shed asking why Afande. Asan kasingye who's seen by many as a very distinguished police officer accepted the mission of eliminating Hajji Hussein Kyanjo.

In October 2020, Afande Asan kasingye led a delegation of police officers to Bishop John Baptist Kaggwa's resident in masaka to express his apologies after security agencies teargased a public function, which the Ugandan Bishop was presiding over.

The apologed followed the events of 17/10/2020 when the 76-year-old retired Bishop was presiding over Holy Mass as part of the thanksgiving ceremony for the change of leadership at the Buganda Kingdom’s Mbogo clan.

While at the home of Bishop Kaggwa, Afande Asan Kasingye forced the Bishop to put on a police mask which was brought him.
