My laptop stopped working since Friday, since then I have visited your service centres twice and registered a complaint.
A technician visited yesterday and said it will take 3 days.
Service centre person said it will take 2 hr

As compared @HPSupport has been much supportive. Even during lockdown they resolved the laptop issue within 3 days.
