@MichaelJordaan Miami would be a great US hub to connect CPT/SA. Easy connections to the rest of the US also South America and probably a little quicker than ATL or EWR flights. American Airlines should do it, to have a nice Oneworld setup having AA, Qantas, BA and Cathway Pacific in SA.

@ZandiTee Do write a cover letter and ask/explain why they should give you a visa for a longer time. Last time I got a 4y visa. Schengen still loads better than UK visa
