@DoorDash_Help do you realize there is a pandemic? I was requested to sign for my order on the driver’s phone. I then received a call stating I was required to sign and refused again. Most companies offer contactless delivery. I won’t be using door dash due to unsafe practices.

@CoxHelp I’m trying to get an update on the outage (cable/internet) we have had since Tuesday afternoon. The Cox site no longer shows an outage or estimated return of services, but when I text for an update it says they are working to resolve the problem still.

@Moes_HQ Placed a delivery order for 6pm through the app. Delivery partner Door Dash arrived at the store at 5:46 and the manager told him they didn’t know when the order would be ready. It’s 6:38 and the app says my order was delivered but it hasn’t. I can’t reach the store by phone...
