@mmamas1973 As a patient, if you introduce yourself by first name only, I will ask if you are an actual Doctor. Then I will refer to you as Doctor. I will do this not to be overly formal but as a way of showing my respect and appreciation.

@drmattuk The equivalence of a Ltd company being dissolved for insolvent trading yet the CEO is welcomed with open arms to run another company. The NHS management are 100% incompetent in 99% of cases. They wouldnt be even offered an interview in a commercial organisation (real world)

@medicalmodelbri @wesstreeting I just cannot see how a Paramedics scope and training can be safe or effective in general practice. What do they know of about dermatitis for example? 'Back on the truck please, where you are invaluable'.
