Think it’s time to give the big middle finger to @VodafoneUK ! The new price increases means that if I renew at 12/month my increase is 1.80 (or 15%) each year. If I renew at 48/month the increase is 1.80 (or 3.75%). @Ofcom this is not fair, it penalises low usage users.

@askesure thanks to the incompetence of your ‘staff’. I am no longer insured. processed payment/update in the wrong way, took payment then policy was cancelled. No way to reinstate it for a customer of many years, only option is to create a new one. I will with new company.

@HMRCgovuk plan to close the ONLY way to speak to a HUMAN and instead use a ChatBot which is only as knowledgeable as the person who programmed it, guess it’s a way to make money as they are quick enough to TAKE your cash (and charge when late) but it’s impossible to get it back
