@onejasonknight Great question! We suffer with this as well. Currently using ClickUp internally but don't love it. We also have a big problem sharing customer feedback in a scalable way if you have any suggestions?

There is (understandably) a lot of talk about tech layoffs. After reducing headcount to lower costs, I assume a lot of #SaaS will be cut when the time for renewals come about.
Where is the dialogue around #churn and down selling?
