@mmgeissler @marcuscarslaw1 Not sure it is that small

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@tb_sports_fan @NFLOfficiating The “big” teams get the calls

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@LedyardNFLDraft You don’t have to be great , just watch Bowles soften his defense . Convinced he wants all games to be close

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@Bucs_Nation We know how this ends

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@PewterReport Steelers winning this . Bucs crumbling

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@matty4_matera Going soft on defense again . It’s like Bowles can only play close games

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@joel_ca_c Whole thing is over - engineered . Way more expensive than it needs to be

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@LobosFFDen Baker contract ?

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@joe_yer99 PBSA is a bust . Oversupply . Talk of this becoming a supermarket on the ground floor .

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@joe_yer99 It’s PBSA mostly . Should be residential . PBSA oversupplied

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@michaeljmarra @PaulJSweeney Glasgow has been starved of money . Edinburgh and Dundee constantly favoured . The city is starting to bite back

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@LedyardNFLDraft @BenjaminSolak Indeed, thought he played really well . He is just doing what the coach tells him

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@JamesPalmerTV @riverhwells Panic re Daniels

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@cannonfirepod @Rhettakus Parrish player of the year so far .

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@DyslexicFeet @joe_yer99 Not always , but that’s the hope

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@joe_yer99 Take out an option/conditional purchase of a site . Fund a planning application (squeezing all the consultants to as low a price as possible - maybe offer a profit share) . Get a consent . Try and make a turn by selling at a higher ££.

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@joe_yer99 Zero solutions from any of them

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@joe_yer99 Happens all the time . They will fall over /kicked over and be there for c12-18 months . At this location they could be used as a chib !

[scotpropsmudger @smudgerproperty]

@urbanrealm Should be residential not student . Already stories of disastrous lettings in Glasgow for the year due to oversupply
