Ordered 2 Ham egg and chips when food arrived the ham was pale dried and the edges were curling the plated were exceedingly hot sent the food back how could any decent cook serve that

@BritishGasHelp cancelled our home care after engineer failed to correct heating problem and wrongly diagnosing problem leaving heating in worse condition before his visit. then refunded call out excess & paid compensation. How can you now charges £300+ cancellation fee
