@Telstra No. We have been patiently waiting for our 3-5 business days to pass. I've now been waiting for someone to answer our call for the last 30 minutes & was going to get mum on another line to give authority.

After being on the phone (incl wait time & actual conversation) to @Telstra for around 3 hours this last week trying to get mum's internet connected and she has just received an email stating that (despite speaking to them 10/3 to get an update) the internet was cancelled 9/3...

@Telstra There has been no communication. An email was only sent tonight after not telling me anything (apparently I'm not authorised despite requesting the connection in the first place). She can't access emails as she has no internet. I don't understand why this is so difficult.

& now another order needs to be placed. I had given them space this week after being advised the connection was going to take 3-5 'business days'. I now have 14 minutes to try & hope someone answers before they shut for the week. This is totally unacceptable.

@NBL @WNBL In future, can you please discuss the fixturing of finals games. Game 5 NBL/Game 3 WNBL on at same time (7.30pm Wed). Coverage of WNBL solely on 9Now? It has been average at best all season & unwatchable at times. Disappointing we need to choose which game to watch.

@FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel For months I've been trying to log into Foxtel Go & keep getting this error. When will this be rectified? I have deleted app & reinstalled. How is this continuing to be a feature of packages when a Twitter search shows it hasn't worked effectively in years.

@Foxtel Thanks @Foxtel. After another very frustrating live chat, my husband worked out the solution and I've passed that info onto the person I was chatting with. Hopefully their next chat isn't so frustrating for the customer.
