@blackbird256@squadette@reset_by_peer Take a look at your own picture. It says “bitcoin is here” at 2010. It has been 16 years already. Has bitcoin been widely adopted by now like the picture suggests?
@OctaveOctet@EcoTechBro@kamilkazani That’s a very generic explanation. “At some stage” can be when armed people come to a bureaucrat and demand “go back tomwork or else”.
@ElijahShuch@minimagnus2@kamilkazani Not just formally. The basically had to flow with the flow, follow the borders that were created after the civil war. Of course, they cut the lines now and then (mostly in favor of Russia).
Like one of the previous commenters, the nations with internal borders had no. chance.
@chaotictransfem You can probably make even a better career. You might have same friends and maybe even your partner. But if you have kids - they will be gone. You might have other children, sure, but not the ones that you have. Safe to assume this will haunt a normal person forever.
@SFLTVBossMan@martuespacial@cszabla Cars and buses are often not exclusive. But now imagine another older lady who has glaucoma and therefore cannot drive a car. What would be her options without a bus?
@justincbzz Costs argument is such bullshit. I come from Kyiv, Ukraine. And already like 15 years ago ACs were really widespread there. People somehow could afford them even with salaries several times lower than in Western Europe.
@BrandonH228388@GroovySciFi Higher, sure. Not dramatically higher though. Plus certain things like medical services cost much higher even with insurance and they’re not deducted from disposable income.
@SamRo Usually people somewhere around primary school figure out at what outside temperature they might need a coat, and then it doesn’t matter that much what that number is - 10 Celsius or 50 Fahrenheit.
@VirgilVanValanc@CivicChronicle1 Average IQ is by definition 100. And if a person with IQ of 100 nowadays takes test from 90 years ago, they will most probably score like 120-130 on those tests.
@mova13537@JJ_Latvia@kamilkazani А, например, белорусские заводы работали на Гитлера до 1944 года, сдавшись после символического, по вашим словам, сопротивления длиной в один месяц.
