@justingordon212 Founder. I advocate work-life balance for freelancers. I work 10 hr days but get at least 3 weekends for myself p/m. “Work-life” balance comes from your own definition of it. I find organization is 🔑 to achieve this. I agree the term is getting trendy/diverted from reality.

@kentnichols @justingordon212 This is exactly what I think for many early-stage startups. However, I had to unlearn this for one client that was modernizing a very old-school industry. PR + Print Ads on said industry magazines were the only things to enforce proof of concept before sales finally came in.
