@carla_elle_dee Definitely feel you on this one. I keep getting tweets from trash I don’t follow in my feed. That being said it hasn’t been such a great place since about 2016.
Goodbye London. It’s been an incredible 10ish years. Bittersweet to be leaving, but new adventures ahead. ❤️ (@ London @HeathrowAirport in Hounslow, Greater London) https://t.co/vbI6UljrX2
@Stratemeyer79 Oh man, agencies are the WORST. Zero care for your schedule. Let them take photos of rooms full of packing boxes and piles of sorting. Bleh.
@Stratemeyer79 Oh yeah. It’s such a sad feeling to leave this way. It is what it is. LDN won’t feel the same for while anyway I think. I’ll be back in Melb in just a couple of weeks though!
Omicron is really messing with my Farewell Tour of the UK. I'm leaving to move back to the southern hemisphere in mid-Jan. Being so far from family & friends has been really tough these last 2 years.
@CleaRomeo Yeah definitely. It's not been a fun decision, but feels like the right thing to do especially now. Only downside is really gonna be double-winters. :(
@katwhite_ The way its doing the rounds, it seems like it's inevitable. Fortunately it doesn't seem as dangerous as other ones. Considering I need to fly to Aus in about a month, it's gonna be tough...
@katwhite_ Being in London, I used to be able to count on one hand people I knew who'd had it in the last 20 months. In the two weeks, I'd say that I'd have more than 25 people. Omicron is wild.
hi, are you doomscrolling? Taking care of yourself always makes you feel better and helps give you more energy to tackle tomorrow's challenges. You still deserve time to rest and recover.
@ScottRhodie The latest iOS update let's you install decent adblocking extensions to Safari. I've found AdGuard to be really good and removes a STACK of those ads and popovers.
