🚨Thrilled to share our lab's "magnum opus" on deep biomarker mapping of immunotherapy-relevant CD8+T cell states in various human cancers published in @ScienceTM! Brilliant work from @snaulrts! Thanks for efficient editorial handling @courtney_malo!

Temporary version out as pre-print, some of the most exciting results will be part of the final version (in revision). Really honoured with the work everyone in @AbhishekDGarg lab and collaborators put in.
Excited to share this preprint of our lab's big T cells-biomarker story; "still cooking on a hot stove" so stay tuned.! 😇😎🧐

"We find that 99.98% of Americans would be correctly re-identified in any dataset using 15 demographic attributes"
De-identification is damn hard. With enough data, impossible? https://t.co/ukh50KPdnL @NatureComms@cynddl @uclouvain_be, @yvesalexandre@ImperialDSI and colleagues
This is a great read. Andy & colleagues have sacrificed a lot to show that a ~20yo accepted dogma is not justified. And yet this sort of result is not rewarded in science as much as the initial incorrect finding was ☹️ How do you change such an ingrained culture?
Some people were worried when I said I ordered "toys for adults". Well, here they are.
Let's see how well the NC2 pairs with infrared camera's, some Pi's and OpenCV.
