🚨 URGENT PUBLIC ISSUE – OSHIWARA, MUMBAI 🚨

Residents of Vijay Vishal Society, New Link Road, Oshiwara, Jogeshwari are facing a severe drainage crisis.

Due to recent road work by MNGL/BMC:
❗ Drainage pipeline is damaged
❗ Complete blockage (likely cement inside line)
❗ Drainage water overflowing into society premises
This has created:
⚠️ Foul smell & stagnant water
⚠️ Mosquito breeding
⚠️ Serious health risks for children & senior citizens
Despite repeated efforts, no resolution yet.
We demand immediate action:
✔️ Inspect and repair drainage chamber & pipeline
✔️ Clear blockage or install new pipeline if required
✔️ Remove obstructions built over chambers
✔️ Act against illegal encroachment by car repair shop outside gate

This is a PUBLIC HEALTH HAZARD. Immediate intervention is required.

The beharum baug jogeshwari is getting worst, encroachment on bus stop is not removed past entire road until Anand Nagar signal is filled with 2 - 3 labes blocked and public safety. Negligence by BMC and police.

URGENT APPEAL FOR Immediate Action Breakdown of Law and Order at Vijay Vishal CHS, Oshiwara. Senior citizen residents and women are living in constant fear
· Open threats & physical violence by mob of drunk men -In presence of police personnel and bomb threat by the goon’s mob 15 May
· Forceful restriction of access to Building No. 3.
· Unauthorized obstruction of society’s main gate, restricting free movement.
· Deafening DJ music played through the night, disturbing public peace.
· Bomb threats issued with intent to destroy residential buildings and endangered lives.
· Unknown Vehicle parked in society premises, some without number plates-reported but no action by local authority
The situation is now beyond tolerance. If this breakdown of law and order is not addressed immediately, the consequences could be catastrophic — and the responsibility will lie squarely with the authorities who failed to act.
We demand urgent deployment of police personnel and restoration of peace and security in our premises as we are facing daily intimidation by goons

Enough is enough. We will not stay silent. Where is the law enforcement? Where is our right to safety?
