@ma1ybe They also don’t seem to understand that the main problem isn’t even ‘you messed up the food.’ It’s that you take joy doing doing things you know will upset. Why would I want to be with someone like that?
@revenant_MMXX It wasn’t even really an option not to go. I mean, I could’ve not gone. If I hadn’t, everyone I know would’ve reacted as if id told them I was dropping out of high school in 10th grade.
@joshstrap13 This is true. Also, I’m going to the theater every chance I get. Which means sometimes I’m deciding spur of the moment to see a movie and might fight the showtime was 5 minutes ago. I just hope in the car, rush to the theater, and walk in during the coca-cola commercial.
@KiwamiCube Agreed! Letterboxd is for movies. There should be a separate app for tv. (And there are some but none are as good as Letterboxd and that’s the problem)
@sabsplaything@ilb4ttista But also color exists in real life. Lights exist. It’s not cloudy every single day, sometimes there’s sunshine. Is normal life as bright as a well lit movie? No. But it’s also not completely dull and washed out either.
