Are #paid#leaves considered favours granted by the organisation - to be requested and approved? Or are they the right of #employees- a fixed number to be taken as needed, with prior information?
I have always struggled with 'asking' for leave. Am I overthinking this?

All states & districts need to stop compulsory institutional isolation for mild/asymptomatic.
Noone will come for testing otherwise
Also they count isolation from day of test result-by the time results come in many places its already >5-7 days from onset of symptoms ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
