@tinman197474747 @bat020 For balance Navies work off the assumption of 3 vessels for 1 task: one on task, one recovering (leave, deep maintenance, one preparing (training, leave, maintenance).

T45s have been hindered by the PiP debacle, Storob as not enough spares bought and manpower shortage.
