Our Staff have worked both in the MLS, US Development Academy & Directors Academy. It’s designed to help players with all technical aspects of striking a ball, passing technique & finishing in game scenarios
Scenario Sundays ⚽️ The 11 is in comfortable control and probing on the left corner of the box.. Options are available in White, Red, or Black.. Challenge your players to think deeply, analyze all options, dissect, discuss, and collaborate. Which option and Why?
@bradewert@msceducation@CoachEllisRiley@Smedley033@CoachingFamily I want to isolate the decision process of poss vs penetrating as much as possible in this session, if the coaching points were based more around team shape when POTB then for sure I would start in/around the 18 - all valid point depends on team/session focus/age/ability etc
@bradewert@msceducation@CoachEllisRiley@Smedley033@CoachingFamily IMO spacial requirements are determined by age/ability/topic so hence why I left this blank. I like the idea of a coach observing & evaluating in the 1st phase, hence the shape + flow to the exercise. I would add a competition element to ensure speed of play and to add pressure
@bradewert@msceducation@CoachEllisRiley@Smedley033@CoachingFamily This could include the #1 - this is a 1st phase of a session, purely broken down to give repition of supporting angles and central penetration whilst keeping the game flowing. The 3rd phase (whole pt2) would replicate the game more realistically on the ideal area of the pitch.
Absolute soccer is back! As are our chalkboard sessions - chalkboard activity to switch the point of attack through a target with MF support - look out for more content, stories and camps coming soon! #absolutesback#absolutesoccer
