வியட்நாம் நாட்டின் ஆன் தோய் கடல் பகுதியிலுள்ள ஹான் மே ருட் ங்வோய் (Hon May Rut Ngoai) தீவிற்கு சுற்றுலா சென்ற இந்தியர்கள் பயணித்த படகு இன்று காலை விபத்தில் சிக்கியதில் தமிழ்நாடு மற்றும் பிற மாநிலங்களைச் சேர்ந்த சுற்றுலாப் பயணிகள் உயிரிழந்த செய்தி  அறிந்து மிகுந்த மனவேதனையும், துயரமும் அடைந்தேன்.

இப்படகு விபத்தில் சிக்கிய தமிழர்களின் விவரங்களைப் பெற்று அவர்களுக்குத் தேவையான அனைத்து உதவிகளை செய்திடும் வகையில் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு அதிகாரிகள், புதுதில்லியில் உள்ள தமிழ்நாடு இல்லம், இந்திய வெளியுறவு அமைச்சகம் மற்றும் வியட்நாமில் உள்ள இந்தியத் தூதரக உயர் அலுவலர்களுடன் ஒருங்கிணைந்து மீட்புப் பணிகளை மேற்கொள்ள உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளேன்.

இவ்விபத்தில் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு தேவையான மருத்துவ உதவிகளை வழங்கிட  இந்தியத் தூதரக உயர் அலுவலர்களுடன் ஒருங்கிணைந்து செயல்பட தமிழ்நாடு அரசு அதிகாரிகளுக்கு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளேன்.

 மேலும், இச்சம்பவத்தில் உயிரிழந்தவர்களின் உடல்களை விரைவில் தமிழ்நாட்டிற்குக்கொண்டுவருவதற்கு இந்தியத் தூதரகம் வாயிலாக நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளவும் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளேன்.

இவ்விபத்தில் உயிரிழந்தவர்களின் குடும்பத்தினருக்கும் உறவினர்களுக்கும் எனது ஆழ்ந்த இரங்கலையும் ஆறுதலையும் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்.

Criticise me as much as you want for saying this, but this is the first time the people of Tamil Nadu have genuine hope that corruption can be eliminated from public life.

No one ever had such hope before.

In the last two months, the government has convincingly demonstrated the genuineness of its intention in this regard.

There is no need to blindly believe or give up healthy skepticism.

Opportunities like this do not come often in politics.

As public, we should work with the government to make this mission successful.

Scaling New Heights in Global Footwear Manufacturing.

The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru C. Joseph Vijay, laid the foundation stone for Phase II of Evervan Kothari Footwear Private Limited’s manufacturing facility in Karur.

The new phase, with a proposed investment of ₹850 crore and the creation of 6,750 jobs, will manufacture footwear for adidas, marking a significant expansion of Tamil Nadu’s footwear manufacturing ecosystem.

Together, Phases I and II represent a total investment of ₹1,700 crore and are expected to create 13,500 employment opportunities.

Once fully operational, the integrated facility will produce 40 million pairs of footwear annually, strengthening exports, generating quality employment, and expanding Tamil Nadu’s manufacturing footprint in global markets.

I cancelled Vikatan subscription because of bias against TVK government every time. I also recommended my friends to cancel this biased media subscription. You guys don't report good things done by this government or under report that overshadowed with manufactured cooked up negative stories solely created to defeat the leader who fights against corruption and corrupted players. Media was against TVK government from day one trying to unseat them anyway possible. You support corruption i think. You didn't report more about party fund collected by previous administration like you reported cooked up story without proof- "TVK power struggle " "who control tvk" "multiple power centers" not one have any truth to that.

Many people agree all media support DMK even now by receiving donations should not be allowed.

நடுவீட்டில் உட்கார வைத்து சாப்பாடு போட்டாலும் "யாரும் லஞ்சம் கொடுக்காதீங்க!" என்று இன்று முதல்வர் சொன்னதை தலைப்பு செய்தியாக போடப் போகிறீர்களா? இல்லை

TVK sucessfully conducted two STATE level conferences in private land with private securities. Only one or two who had prehealth problems got affected other than they ran smooth conference with lakhs of people. Karur incident solely responsible by Government because everything decided by local administration because of campaign in public place. Private can't decide on how much police deployed or any other administrative decisions taken. Party will not have ground report in these type of campaigns, they will be blind. So they should trust administration for everything. Private land means everything controlled by them, with the help of cctv access and drone footages. If anything happens in public it's state's responsibility only not anyone's.

Kothu parotta is a food famous in TamilNadu not unparliamentary word like what Mr. Karunathi said about indira Ganthi. Now his heirs and followers are resorting to the same worst unparliamentary words which don't hightlight or criticize here. Only because you don't know - what is decent criticism? What is indecent criticism? Go first learn that.

@yazhini_pm No one said that. Do you have proof said by DSP? All tvk people submitted their call history to prove that DSP didn't make any calls. Only communication done in calls with local administration and police.
