@Nextiva very angry customer here. No response from escalations..my on-boarding isn't complete and everyone just not responding...who can I file a complaint with besides escalation they have done nothing.i mean nothing
@AmazonHelp of I pay extra yo get my packages..I should not have to wait 24 hours..then call customer service and they promise the delivery in 2 hours.and a callback to confirm I got the delivery..guess what no callback no delivery and when I call no notes...wtf
@dkhos I'm very upset at yout support team. I had to re install the app and lost my platinum status and your support team is calling liar and refuses to give it back...is this how you treat people?
