In February 2022, we had thousands of people in Ukraine and no system built for what was happening.
Three years later, our @Copilot Studio bot reaches at-risk employees in Teams and gets an 80% response rate within 90 minutes, and that same platform now backs the business continuity reports we hand customers and regulators.

70% of AI pilots never reach production. The other 30% didn't get a better model. They treat operational governance as a first-class engineering concern from the start.
They do two things: define exactly what their agents can do, and what requires a human decision. And they package their best workflows into reusable skills that every agent applies consistently, no matter who initiated the task.
Inside: the six questions every agent boundary must answer, and what separates a saved prompt from a reusable skill.

IMTS 2026 is a wrap, and it was great to share the show floor with @googlecloud.
At the Google Cloud booth in McCormick Place, SoftServe and Google Cloud brought Connected Factory Analytics: our solution, built on Google Cortex Framework, that turns plant, ERP and supply chain data into decisions leaders can act on. The day closed with a hospitality hour hosted by both teams.
Nearly 180 people joined us to share ideas on the factory of the future: where AI fits in manufacturing today, how to get data out of silos, and what it takes to move from pilots to production.
This is what the SoftServe and Google Cloud partnership looks like in practice: Google Cloud technology and SoftServe engineering, side by side, in front of the people who run the plants.
Thank you Andreea Volosincu and the entire Google Cloud team.
Over three days in San Francisco, the SoftServe team met with customers, partners, and industry leaders to talk through how organizations are turning AI investment into results that actually show up in their operations.
At Booth #542, conversations kept circling back to a common theme: how to move Agentforce, AI, data, and integration initiatives from pilot to production, and what it takes to get there.
Beyond the expo floor, we continued those conversations through our networking events, including receptions co-hosted with @stripe, bringing together customers, prospects, partners, and @salesforce professionals to exchange ideas and explore new opportunities to collaborate.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, joined an event, or shared their perspective with us. The conversations continue. We look forward to building what’s next together.
Three AI use cases. Three separate builds, none of which talk to each other.
No shared data model, no reusable action catalog, just another point solution bolted onto @salesforce, @SAP, or @ServiceNow.
SoftServe builds one canonical model and one governed action catalog instead, so every future use case reuses what came before: Lead-to-Cash, incident-to-resolution, procure-to-pay.

Four consecutive years of @nvidia Partner of the Year awards taught us one thing.
Access to NVIDIA's full stack was never the hard part. Production is.
SoftServe's physical and agentic AI work spans generative AI, robotics, and digital twins, built to move enterprises past experimentation into scalable production.

Your stores aren't just located in your country or region. They're in specific towns, each with its own weather. So why plan seasonal stock and staffing off a national forecast? Hyper-local weather intelligence reads conditions location by location, so you stock for the cold snap that's coming to that specific store.

What's your plan for the day your most experienced operator retires? A third of mainframe operations teams will retire in the next few years, and there aren't enough replacements in the market.
LegacyIQ captures that expertise before it's gone, and trains the next generation to run it.

A leaderboard score cannot tell you whether a model fits your GPU. Our new white paper breaks down the four variables that actually determine SLM production performance, plus the data behind partial quantization and KV cache sizing.

2050 – that's SoftServe's verified deadline for net-zero emissions across its value chain.
SoftServe is among the first companies in Ukraine to have its science-based climate targets validated by SBTi.
@sciencetargets confirmed SoftServe's targets meet internationally recognized standards: a 63.17% cut to Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2035 (from a 2021 baseline), and a 37.5% cut to Scope 3 emissions from purchased goods and services, capital goods, and business travel by 2035 (from a 2022 baseline).
That's the kind of rigor procurement teams can point to.

30% less manual effort. That’s what simulation and digital twins can unlock before a robot ever sets foot on-site.
But the real payoff happens in the field: a robot dog that can plan its own routes, adjusts to what it finds, and inspect pipelines, valves, and pumps, without putting people in hazard zones. This is how Physical AI is transforming industrial operations.
Developed with:
▪️ @nvidiaomniverse libraries for digital twin development
▪️ NVIDIA Isaac Sim framework for robotics simulation
▪️ NVIDIA Jetson Orin for AI processing at the edge
Simulate it. Train it. Deploy it. Put Physical AI to work.
SoftServe is all in on @nvidia.

How deep will your heavy vehicles sink into soft ground?
Sizing off-road equipment without accurate terramechanics models forces a dangerous choice: over-engineer and waste capital, or under-size and risk field failure.

SoftServe is at @IMTSchicago 2026.
Find us at the @googlecloud booth, McCormick Place, on Wednesday, September 16.
We're there all day with Connected Factory Analytics. It's our demo of what happens when edge telemetry from the plant floor becomes a decision you can act on. It runs on the @Google Cortex Framework. Come see it live. Tell us where it breaks in your operation.
That afternoon, Google Cloud joins us for a happy hour at the booth, 4:00 to 6:00 PM. No slides. Just the team behind it.
Scan your badge at the booth for a chance at the prize draw, held at 4:30.
See you in Chicago.

One team. One validated pilot. One capability your organization owns.
Most agentic AI pilots prove a concept and stop there. The workflows stay with the consultants, and the org is back to square one on the next initiative.
SoftServe's Agentic Engineering Enablement works differently: we run the pilot alongside your engineers, on your real backlog, and build the playbooks and AI champions who carry it forward internally. Teams enabled this way see a 40% average productivity gain within 6 weeks.

When a reporting environment stops keeping pace with the business, patching it further rarely pays off. @FQMinerals chose to rebuild instead.
Working with SoftServe, FQM moved its analytics onto @databricks and Power BI. Heavy computation now runs in Databricks, and Power BI serves two focused mini-models across three mining sites.
