مختصر وضاحت
ان اشعار میں شاکر صاحب نے بڑے ہی درد بھرے لہجے میں اپنے محبوب سے مخاطب ہو کر کہا ہے کہ اگر میری محبت تمہارے لیے بوجھ بن گئی ہے، تو مجھے تڑپانے کے بجائے ایک بار ہی ختم کر دو تاکہ تم اس بوجھ سے آزاد ہو سکو۔ یہ ایثار اور بے غرض محبت کی اعلیٰ مثال ہے۔

I genuinely don’t understand how any reasonable person can interpret the failure of the U.S. and Iran to reach a deal in Islamabad as a failure of Pakistani diplomacy.

Consider what Pakistan achieved: 1. It got U.S. and Iranian negotiators in the same room at the highest level in 47 years. 2. It received public appreciation for its role from both warring parties. 3. It maintained the trust and tacit support of China and Saudi Arabia, important players in this drama. 4. It earned the goodwill of scores of nations that would like this conflict to end sooner rather than later.

Is Pakistan worse off than it would have been if the U.S. and Iran had thrashed out an agreement? Yes, obviously. The Pakistani economy is fragile and particularly dependent on both energy imports and remittances from the Gulf. And if Saudi Arabia is drawn into the war Pakistan could be forced to honor its defense pact with the Kingdom, which could trigger widespread domestic unrest.

But accepting that a deal is better than no deal for Pakistan (and many other countries) is not the same as claiming that the summit was a failure from Pakistan’s perspective. It most clearly was not. Pakistan has emerged, at least for now, as a prominent diplomatic actor on the world stage, and as the recipient of much international goodwill. I’m not sure how anyone can claim otherwise.

-Resolving the theological-political question in both Western and Islamic contexts.
-Developing a shared textual hermeneutic.
-Addressing the connection between instrumental reason, technology, and modernity.

We need to speak a language the Iranians understand.

We need to transform these negotiations into a graduate seminar.

I cannot believe this, but I think I found the evidence of the US being behind the strikes on gulf oil facilities not Iran or Israel. A couple of months ago, this news was dropped but was overlooked as mere reflection of an economic choice. I think this was not true. The US has admitted to cloning Iranian drones and to deploying them to the Middle East in an undisclosed location. I believe the US is using these very drones to attack gulf countries energy facilities not Iran or even Israel. I also remember Trump claiming several days ago that Iran cloned US Tomahawk cruise missiles and is using them in attacking the gulf. This is on public record, no speculations. It is clear to me now the US is using false flag attacks on gulf countries (using cloned Iranian drones and US missiles) to create political consensus among Arab gulf citizens to engage in the war against Iran. The US is trying to create a false consensus for war where there is no desire for it. This is to benefit the US economy.
