Banking has changed. It’s time for the workweek to change. We demand the implementation of 5-Day Banking.

UFBU has been pressing since 2015; IBA has already recommended it to the Government (MoU 07-12-2023), and the 12th Bipartite/9th Joint Note (08-03-2024) records the Saturday holiday clause, pending approvals/clearances.
Honour what’s on record. Approve all Saturdays off.

Inka kaam hi gift baantna, cricket match krwana, mehandi lagwana, dandiya aur garbha nights organise krna hai kyun ki trade union k jo kaam hain vo to inse hote nahi.
Bas trade union ka kaam jaise 5 days banking day end check ka virodh 100 pc perquisite tax payment by bank on behalf of employees, medical aid linking with new basic ,PMS marks me improvement yah sab kaam nahi karti hai .

Day one of our strike for 5 days banking week completed successfully with enthusiastic response from our comrades from all over the country .
Our day 2 of the strike is Tomorrow for our bank related issues.
Our no 1 demand for tomorrow ( 10/10 ) strike is 100 pc payment of perquisite tax by our bank .
Normally this issue falls in the majority officers association domain but since they have not been able to get this relief for officers of our bank being the second largest officers association of our bank onus for that falls upon AIPNBOF.on an average all officers are paying 60000 rs per year on account of payment of 50 pc of perquisite tax by them .
Our second demand for tomorrow strike is medical aid to be linked with basic pay of 9 th joint note again AIPNBOA job which we have to do since they are not fighting for this .alredy 3 years arrears not paid and fourth will be due in jan 26 .so around 40000 per officer due from our bank .
3 demand is payment of residential SFF items repairs on declaration basis which was prevalent in eOBC and should have been implemented in our bank since 2020 .again AIPNBOA job which we have to do .
4 th demand is complete stoppage of illegal day end checks being applied by CO authorities in large part of our country on daily basis this illegally confining officers to the branch premises in the evening thux adversely affecting officers work life balance.again 85 pc of officers affected by this bad practice of day end check is from AIPNBOA buy since that is non issue with them we have been fighting against this disease for last few years and will continue to fight till this is totally eliminated .
5 demand is regarding threshold limit which has been partly addressed .
6 th demand is to have structure meeting right for our federation to resolve our comrades issues .
And last demand is for union leave for our office bearers like that is provided to other officers association.
Comrades you have already written a new chapter in officers trade union movement today by being the first officer association to fight for 08/03/ 24 dated joint note clause on 5 days bankng week .
Now it is your turn tomorrow to strike to make our colleagues service and financial conditions better .a job which AIPNBOA was supposed to do but we have to do because they are not interested in betterment of officers.For them officers are only ATM for us every comrade is part of AIPNBOF family .
Your protecting umbrella federation AIPNBOF is always their to sheltor you from all type of adverse working environment.
Tomorrow belongs to you .
Strike Tommorow with 100 pc participation for a better tomorrow ahead .
