Sorry to report that indeed •Citizen Vigilante• is an absolutely horrible movie by any filmmaking standard. Embarrassing that Germany thought it needed to ban it—it would have never had any traction. Poorly shot, horrible dialogue, juvenile editing, moronic score. It’s all bad.
