Get your act together. Am I going to ve prorated for the multiple nights of service that I am losing? Every night at 830pm. There's an outage until around 11pm. You hold a monopoly in my area. Your customer service is crap. And my bill keeps rising.

I get heat and tech does not work well. But this goes beyond the heat wave. This is almost nightly. And if its not an outage. Its service tanking so bad around 11pm that it is almost impossible to do work. I pay for the gig service. Do you throttle your customers?

@cedarpoint we were at the train station at 1:47pm yesterday. I did not get the cast members name but he made my sons day. They chatted about everything. My son requires the ADA car. But usually we have to argue due to my son's chair looking like a stroller.
