If the app and the screens in the station say a train is delayed by 14 mins,
then 2 mins before its original departure time it changes to ‘cancelled’,
what happened to it?
Someone steal it?
Train evaporate in the heat?

I’m sure the training you’re given says you can only answer a question about a specified service… If so, that is a rule designed to prevent transparency.

@northernassist Every day I head to the station knowing it’s pot luck if I’ll get home on time.
Over and over again the updates maintain the idea that your services aren’t a shambles - over and over again delays grow into cancellations.

@NoNonsenseND I think the neurodivergent experience gives us a sense of our ‘selves’ as separate from our brains.
We’ve always seen the gap between our intentions and our actions.
We’ve never asked for panic attacks, autistic overwhelm, ADHD burn-out etc.
We’ve felt something else in control.

Sweet. My preferred return cancelled too.
I left the city for a well-connected small town as rents were getting beyond my ability to pay.

It’s an 18min train ride to #Sheffield where my partner and I work so seemed a perfect place to move to.
We can’t recall a single week without each of us managing a delay or cancellation on our commute.
