@FinalClifford This is one thing I feel people also don’t really notice is score play, style play, and playing just to win the stage are three separate play styles with some overlap.
@_Chrysalia This is not really a good argument considering ironworks and Kostnice are the shortest stages in the game. A point that’s been brought up several times is the endurance/attrition aspect of stages being permadeath.
On a personal note: I don’t believe the dlc eikons are balanced.
@PandaKingEX In several stages because of how they can go for 30+ minutes(shorter stages won’t be that long). It can be soul crushing to die near the end of the stage and have to go all the way back to the beginning. But it also makes the mode 10x more fun if you’re looking to improve.
@An_Angry_Albino@PandaKingEX Stats are fixed but you can choose accessories. More Enemies can attack you at once and get normal enemies get super armor but it’s consistent. Permadeath and limited potions make healing management very important. Getting hit in the first encounter might aswell be a restart-
@Pisarr_ It’s like that little but it’s also supposed to be perspective shift with respect to each of the twins representing night and day. It’s a kind of a spoiler to go into more detail so I’ll hold off.
