Lord, I pray that all the exploiters, the dishonest dealers, the cheaters, the liars, those looking to sow fear and dissatisfaction and division will be exposed.
All of them.
I am so tired of people waving off obvious election incompetence (at best) or nefarious actions (at worst) with a charge of 'these people are making all this up, it simply doesn't happen'.
Whatever happened to avoiding even the appearance of impropriety?
@AaronBlake If it’s baseless suspicion, why do I, a long time Virginia resident, have a live ballot for the California primary?
This despite repeatedly informing the state that I left (over ten years ago)?
Went to vote today for the California primaries
The guy next to me called over an election worker because his ballot didn't include the LA mayoral race
The worker checked and told him it was because his registered address was in Malibu, which is outside the City of LA
The guy then asked if he could provide another address
To my surprise, the answer was yes
So he gave the worker an LA address, they voided his previous ballot, issued a new one, and suddenly he was able to vote for the mayor of LA
How is voter ID not mandatory in all 50 states?
Since this pissed off so many Never Trumpers and those with terminal TDS, I’m going to repost and expand upon it
You people are so broken that you can’t put politics aside to celebrate our nation’s birthday. Do I think we shouldn’t celebrate bc Trump puts his face in everything? Hell no. Who cares
If Obama, who I utterly despised, asked me to participate in some way in celebrating our great nations birthday, you’re damn right I’d do it.
Too many of you have made political hot takes your identity, religion and for some of the worst in the bunch, your way of making a dollar.
Remember when Democrats were all about Hegseth’s Jerusalem Cross tattoo? It was a real problem even though he was “new to politics.”
Mind boggling hypocrisy.
$23 billion, you say?
What if I told you we spent over $30 billion helping foreigners come to the US and providing them with extended welfare benefits between 2021 and 2024?
HISTORY LESSON ON YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD:
Just in case some of you young whippersnappers (& some older ones) didn’t know this. It’s easy to check out, if you don’t believe it. Be sure and show it to your family and friends. They need a little history lesson on what’s what and it doesn’t matter whether you are Democrat or Republican. Facts are FACTS.
Up until the 1980's, Social Security cards expressly stated the number and card were not to be used for identification purposes.
Since nearly everyone in the United States now has a number, it became convenient to use it anyway and the "NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION" message was removed.
Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social Security (FICA) Program. His promises are in black, with updates in brackets.
1.) That participation in the Program would be completely voluntary [No longer voluntary],
2.) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400 of their annual Incomes into the Program [Now 7.65% on the first $90,000, and 15% on the first $90,000 if you’re self-employed],
3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year [No longer tax deductible]
4.) That the money the participants put into the independent ‘Trust Fund’ rather than into the general operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other Government program [Under Johnson the money was moved to the General Fund and spent]
5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income [Under Clinton & Gore up to 85% of your Social Security can be taxed].
Since many of us have paid into FICA for years and are now receiving a Social Security check every month — and then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of the money we paid to the Federal government to ‘put away’ — you may be interested in the following.
Q: Which Political Party took Social Security from the independent ‘Trust Fund’ and put it into the general fund so that Congress could spend it?
A: It was Lyndon Johnson and the democratically controlled House and Senate.
Q: Which Political Party eliminated the income tax deduction for Social Security (FICA) withholding?
A: The Democratic Party.
Q: Which Political Party started taxing Social Security annuities?
A: The Democratic Party, with Al Gore casting the ‘tie-breaking’ deciding vote as President of the Senate, while he was Vice President of the US
AND MY FAVORITE:
Q: Which Political Party decided to start giving annuity payments to immigrants?
A: That’s right! Jimmy Carter and the Democratic Party. Immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65, began to receive Social Security payments!
The Democratic Party gave these payments to them, even though they never paid a dime into it!
Now, after violating the original contract (FICA), the Democrats turn around and tell you that the Republicans want to take your Social Security away!
And the worst part about it is uninformed citizens believe it!
If enough people receive this, maybe a seed of awareness will be planted and maybe changes will evolve. Maybe not, though.
Some Democrats are awfully sure of what isn’t so but it’s worth a try.
How many people can YOU send this to?
Texan here. 🙋♀️
Everything you say is true, but don’t underestimate the white liberal woman vote.
Talarico provides the “permission structure” for these ladies to claim they’re making the “Christian choice” to “love their neighbor” while voting for a heretic who supports child gender transition.
We have to take him seriously and refute him vigorously.
Another incredible, banging campaign ad from @spencerpratt!
Talk about having your finger on the pulse!
Pratt speaks America to me. Democrats want you to conveniently forget our current condition. Don’t let them!

Most people have no idea what President Trump’s new election-mail Executive Order USPS rule actually does.
1. Plain English: it creates a chain-of-custody system for mail ballot envelopes in federal elections.
2. Not the vote, the envelope.
3. Under the proposed USPS rule, states using mail-in or absentee ballots for federal elections would have to use standardized ballot envelopes:
-Official Election Mail logo
-Automation-compatible design
-Unique Intelligent Mail barcode
-USPS review of envelope/barcode placement
4. That means the ballot envelope becomes trackable.
5. States or election mailers would also submit key data through a USPS portal:
-Voter name
-Voter address
-Outbound envelope barcode
-Return envelope barcode
-Originating election office state
6. So officials can know: this ballot envelope was sent out, and this return envelope came back.
7. USPS would review outbound ballot mail before accepting it.
-Is it in the right envelope?
-Does it have the proper barcode?
-Is it going to someone enrolled on that state’s mail-
ballot participation list?
8. If not, the mailing goes back to the election mailer to fix.
9. The broader Executive Order also directs DHS + SSA to help create State Citizenship Lists using federal citizenship, naturalization, SSA, SAVE, and related data.
10. Those lists go to state election officials before federal elections.
11. Important: states still run voter registration. The federal list does not register anyone by itself.
12. Bottom line: this is not “tracking your vote.”
13. It tracks the envelope, creates a sent-vs-returned audit trail, helps flag discrepancies, preserves ballot-envelope records, and leaves states responsible for their voter rolls.
14. Chain of custody is not suppression. It is basic election accountability.
15. I used “proposed rule” because USPS has not finalized the rule yet.
16. The proposal says it applies to general, special, and runoff federal elections, not primaries or UOCAVA military/overseas ballots, and it requires unique barcodes on outbound and return envelopes.
17. The rule would require voter name/address plus outbound and return envelope barcode data through a USPS portal, with updates allowed until the last day ballots may be mailed under state law.
18. It also says USPS does not alter voter eligibility or manage state voter rolls.
19. The EO separately directs DHS/SSA to create State Citizenship Lists and directs DOJ enforcement and five-year preservation of participation records, excluding cast ballots.
20. There is one more thing it does, all I'll say is, watch out ballot mills. 😎
Now that India has flooded the world with FFMGs (Fake Foreign Medical Grads) we must rely on other means to exclude impostor doctors.
The US has two main defenses against impostors:
1. US doctors must complete a supervised US residency. Unfortunately, this residency requirement has been eliminated in 19 states, including mine.
2. Our second and final safeguard is the licensing exam. Almost all US doctors must eventually pass the three parts of the USMLE (US Medical Licensing Exam.)
Unfortunately, exam fraud is as simple as hiring a ringer to take the test for you (he needs to look vaguely like the picture on your driver's license) and avoiding the test centers that check fingerprints. (Grok summary attached.)
Or, impostors could obtain the questions in advance, from insiders or from earlier test takers.
If this sounds like a conspiracy theory, well, it already happened, and you will never guess where.
In 2024, hundreds of scores were invalidated due to leaked questions in Nepal (an Indian suburb) and to anomalous high scores at international centers in India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Jordan.
The statistically-unlikely scores were eventually blamed on early exam takers sharing the questions in WhatsApp groups.
In other news, you can take the first 2 parts of the US medical licensing exam in India. Then you can start practicing medicine in the USA.
Your Indian doctor might be a resident who purchased his Indian medical diploma then purchased the US licensing exam questions and took the test in India.
Fortunately, Part 3 of the exam, which must be passed at some point during residency, can only be taken inside the USA. So we can breathe easy, right?
Well, not exactly.
The US medical licensing exam is written and scored by two organizations. The first is the FSMB (Federation of State Medical Boards) whose president and CEO is....
wait for it....
Dr. Humayun Chaudhry.
The other organization that writes and scores the US medical licensing exam is the NBME (National Board of Medical Examiners.) NBME's Chairman of the Board is....
wait for it...
Dr. Reena Karani. That's her picture below, and why yes, she does happen to be Indian.
The physical testing centers are managed by a company called Prometric, whose Chief Products and Technology officer is....
wait for it....
Jay Chakrapani
Are you seeing the problem with our safeguards against fake doctors?

First it was a Strictly Vegan campaign… until somebody pointed out that maybe that wasn’t a good strategy in cattle-rich Texas… so we got the awkward photo op with him holding some BBQ meat with a napkin… he assured everybody that *he* eats meat, but his *girlfriend* is a devout vegan.
Then they realized a single man obsessed with trans kids might not be a good look in Texas… so they release a photo of his “devout vegan” girlfriend… wearing LEATHER COWBOY BOOTS. 🥴🤣
There is NOTHING authentic about James Talarico, except that he’s a blasphemous heretic obsessed with trans kids, and wants opens borders. THAT part is authentically James Talarico.
Thanks for coming to my Talarico Talk. 👍🏼
If you want a glimpse of how James Talarico’s politics shape his religion, there are big clues in this prayer.
Talarico repeats something he says often, that Jesus only gave us two commands: To love God and love our neighbor.
This is false. Which Talarico shortly makes evident.
Jesus said that the greatest command was to love God, and the second command is like it, to love your neighbor as yourself.
This is a central message of Jesus, and it’s powerful. You can’t love God if you hate your neighbor.
Talarico takes this true premise and then massively distorts it. In the name of “love,” he then justifies every kind of immorality. It’s not loving, Talarico says, if you don’t tell a confused 7 year old that maybe he was born in the wrong body. It’s not loving if you tell a Muslim about Jesus, because you might offend him.
Talarico’s definition of love isn’t tied to TRUTH. It’s tied to every single left-wing political shibboleth. So, it’s “loving” for Talarico to call women “neighbors with a uterus,” because that’s more inclusive of women who “identify” as men.
Love detached from truth is not love.
Yet as mentioned, in this same prayer, Talarico goes on to explain that Jesus gave us far more than two commands. He runs off a list:
*Feed the hungry
*House the homeless
*Heal the sick
*Release the prisoner
*Welcome the stranger
*And above all, protect your creation
You see, Talarico does believe that Jesus gave more than two commands. He just only talks about the commands that fit with leftist politics.
Consider some of Jesus’s other teachings. Here, from Mark 7:
“For it is from within, out of a person’s heart, that evil thoughts come—sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly.”
Mark 7:21-22 NIV
You will never hear Talarico talk about sexual immorality. (That would be unloving.) Or condemn lewdness like drag queen story hours for kids (unloving!).
And indeed, you will hear Talarico teach ENVY in every political speech.
Talarico ignores the commands of God that diverge from his politics.
He’s not alone in this. On the other side, many who shout Christ is King on this website also proudly proclaim how they hate their neighbors. They also let their politics drive their religion.
Jesus doesn’t give you the option of being a Talarico or a Candace Owens.
You must have love. But you must have truth as well. Mercy and justice.
Jesus was perfect at these things, but when He calls us to “follow” Him, we are to become more like Him. Not just the parts of Him that we think fit our politics.
James Talarico sells a half version of Jesus. Maybe that’s why Talarico says God has “many names,” because a god from who you can pick and choose what to believe is not truly god.
Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life.”
Jesus is where love and truth come together, neither without the other.
Everyone swore Texas Republicans had just handed Democrats a golden Senate seat by nominating Ken Paxton.
Turns out the real gift came from the other side.
James Talarico took one look at the most God-fearing, brisket-smoking, two-sexes-and-proud-of-it state in the Union and decided the path to victory was announcing his campaign had gone full “non-meat,” bragging about buying only vegan products from local vegan businesses.
Real Texans don’t need a translator for that kind of tone-deaf nonsense.
This is the same guy who stood on the floor of the Texas House and declared “God is nonbinary.” The same guy who insisted during a debate on boys in girls’ sports that “modern science obviously recognizes that there are many more than two biological sexes. In fact, there are six.” Six. He even sounded surprised himself.
When the clips came back to bite him, his big defense on CBS News was calling them “my cringey comments.”
Let that sink in.
Democrats spent months pointing at Paxton’s baggage while quietly nominating a polished, consultant-scripted outsider who treats Texas values like a bad Halloween costume. They thought they were running a smart, safe campaign. Instead they just shot themselves square in the foot in the one state that can smell fake from a mile away.
As the old Texas saying goes: there ain’t nothing in the middle of the road but yellow stripes and dead armadillos.
Talarico just volunteered to be the armadillo.
And real Texans are loving every second of it.
(article below)
The real story of Paxton’s senate trial: The House had impeached based solely on the recommendation of a committee stacked with the disgraced Speakers’ allies, and without hearing testimony or taking evidence. A majority of senators rejected a motion to dismiss that they could have easily granted if they were trying to “save” him. Then they proceeded to a trial where the evidentiary basis for the charges was found to be so weak, some of Paxton’s fiercest opponents even voted to acquit.
Since I’m going to be hearing this for the next 6 months as a Texas voter, let me answer the question:
“You would vote for an adulterer over James Talarico? That’s not very Christian.”
Here’s the truth: I would rather vote for almost anyone else who is going to at least advocate for conservative *policies* over a literal heretic who wears my faith like a skin suit, advocates for policies that harm children, endorses immorality and generally harm society.
Ken Paxton has personal baggage. I don’t deny that. But Talarico has plenty too — and he openly mocks God’s law and treats Jesus as a political mascot all while pushing a radical far-left agenda that would be a disaster for my state.
You see, I’m an adult. I do not expect those who are seeking political office to be my moral superiors or even trustworthy. They are tools to be used to do the least amount of damage via policy.
I wish more pastors and men who live godly lives were running. I really do. But the options we get are what they are.
Paxton supports secure borders, law enforcement, lower taxes, unleashing American energy, the Second Amendment, just to name a few.
Talarico supports unlimited abortion, trans-ing children, higher taxes, government-run “healthcare,” and is incredibly comfortable blaspheming the word of God.
I’m not voting for a priest. I’m voting for an imperfect person to represent my interests. That’s how it works.
You’re not going to guilt trip Texans into supporting a looney tunes candidate like Talarico. Paxton will win by 5+.
It’s about policy, not personality.
