@PayByPhone your app does not recognise the location code on the sign. The same happened for the customer services on the phone. But I had no choice to park there

Engineer not showed up 3 times now!  CS say I need to speak to a Dispatcher. I requested a callback… and nothing.  I don’t want someone to leave me a VM - I want to SPEAK to someone who knows whats going on.  Is ADT liable if anything happens and alarm fails?

@DPD_UK the absolute worse service. First you fail to leave my package at the collection point and instead try and deliver to my house. Now I have just been turned away from a ‘drop off’ point as @DPD_UK no longer collect from there. Plse remove redundant data from your website.
