This is a really poor process especially in times like these where technology is so advanced and I still have to fill a form with the same details multiple times. Agents are just dead people who can speak, they don't even think.

@ICICIPruLife is the height of incompetency. Filled in an application form by myself 5 days ago, and since then i have verified that information to at least 7 people either on call or on text. They do your medical tests and then do tele medical where they ask the same questions.

@ICICIBank_Care , the Android iMobile app has completely stopped working on Android 14 and can't even get to login screen. It's just stuck on the splash screen. This happened after updating the version to 14 on my Pixel 7 Pro. What should be done here?

@vijayshekhar @sankam @Paytm What's the reason behind that geographical block if the user has an active Indian number? And it turns out that login is not allowed even on the website and that shows a really nice "human readable" error message, which looks totally production worthy.
FYI: PhonePe does not block
